[ Problem Definition ]

During this phase, we take care to understand the overall strategy of the company, as well as the tactical strategy underlying your company's decision to implement a web site. We will make an assessment as to how to creatively utilize design, and technology to achieve your strategic, tactical and branding objectives.

[ Concept Development ]

During this phase, we explore a number of creative, integrated solutions which could be implemented to achieve a solution to your needs. As we develop these potential solutions, you will be closely involved in reviewing conceptual models, which may take the form of sketches, or digital story boards. When the concept is finalized, we move into the building phase.

[ Building & Testing ]

After we have agreed on the final concept for the site, our engineers will craft the technical aspects of the site to ensure its ease of operation for your clients. We will ensure that all communication with your IT staff necessary to ensure a smooth integration with your internal systems is performed.

[ Implementation ]

During the last phase of our process, we work closely with your team to ensure that the site is implemented smoothly, and to confirm that site utilization is achieving your strategic goals, and resulting in seamless, user centred interaction.
